The Way

Our “The Way” Stop Smoking method is based on CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and through 20 hours of class, it helps the participant quit smoking cigarettes or any other Tobacco products, such as Hooka, Pipe or Cigars, easily and with a happy mood to follow.

How Does CBT Work?

The remarkable point about our method is since it is based on CBT, the problem (for instance quitting cigarettes) is reduced to smaller parts and the solution for each part is discussed, consequently a giant problem such as quitting cigarettes becomes easy.
